WHAT YOU'LL DO As Food Service Director, you'll oversee all aspects of campus dining operations while creating an environment where students, guests, and team members feel valued. You'll: * Lead and inspire the onsite management team and dining staff * Deliver delicious, high-quality meals that students look forward to every day * Build strong relationships with campus leadership and the college community * Manage budgets, financial performance, purchasing, and labor costs * Ensure excellence in food quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance * Develop merchandising and marketing initiatives to enhance the dining experience * Hire, coach, mentor, and develop team members for long-term success * Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement * Maintain Creative Dining Services' high standards for hospitality and customer satisfaction WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a desire to make a difference through food service. Qualifications include: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred * In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of successful management experience * Experience leading teams in food service, hospitality, or dining operations * Strong financial management and budgeting skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Experience training and developing employees * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems * ServSafe Certification (required) * Allergen Certification (required) WHY CREATIVE DINING SERVICES?
