Dover-Sherborn Public Schools is seeking Food Service Staff to join our team for the 2025-2026 School Year!Full & Part-time positions - up to 6 hours per day, starting at $18.50 per hourDuties and Responsibilities: Will work where needed as scheduled by the Manager. Must have a thorough working knowledge of the requirements of the school meal pattern, reimbursable meals, and be able to make a substitution within the meal when necessary. Will assist with meal preparations in conjunction with other employees. Must be able to serve meals, work the computerized cashier system, handle money, and adapt to any change in hours according to specific duties.
Must have a thorough working knowledge of food service sanitation practices. Will be required to be involved in the general cleanup of meal preparation areas, pans and utensils, equipment, serving area, the cafeteria, and any other area on a rotation basis under the supervision of the Manager. Performs all other related duties as required for a successful school lunch program and will assume such other duties as assigned by the School Food & Nutrition Director or the School Business Manager.Our district is committed to strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion opportunities.
