ASSET EXPERIENCE

AEX1. Experience working in a food service environment.
AEX2. Experience in food preparation, storage, sanitation or food safety practices.
AEX3. Experience operating a Point of Sale Terminal (POST) or performing cashier duties.
AEX4. Experience in supervision.

ABILITIES

AB1. Ability to follow food safety procedures.
AB2. Ability to consistently demonstrate attention to detail.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Willing and able to work overtime on short notice.
Willing and able to do shift work, including weekends and holidays.

As a Food Service Helper, some duties may include:

• Assisting in the preparation of food, independently or as part of a team;
• operating cash registers/Point of Sale Terminals to collect meal charges from clients;
• assisting in the receiving, unloading, and storage of food items;
• cleaning, and maintaining food service facilities.
