Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (required) Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or a related field (preferred). Reliable Transportation Must be willing to travel within WNY Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interest in learning and developing skills in food service management. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus. ServSafe certificate preferred
