Description Job Summary: Personal Touch Food Service, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Manager to lead daily kitchen and cafeteria operations in a school setting. The ideal candidate will ensure that meals are prepared and served safely, efficiently, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations — while promoting a positive dining environment for students and staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily food service operations, including meal planning, preparation, and service Supervise, schedule, and train kitchen staff Promote teamwork Ensure compliance with USDA, state, and local health and safety regulations Monitor inventory levels and place food and supply orders Maintain accurate records for production, inventory, temperature logs, and staff schedules Handle cashiering and point-of-sale system oversight Collaborate with school administration and Personal Touch leadership Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving areas Work effectively in a busy, loud, and fast-paced cafeteria environment Why Join Us?
