Position Summary Provides direction to hourly employees in the area of customer service through training and development of hourly employees on a consistent basis. Assists operations management in a leadership/managerial role whose concentration is front of the house customer service. Job Responsibilities & Duties Provide direction in service training to hourly employees. Ensure proper hiring, orientation, training, evaluating, mentoring, and disciplining which will lead to employee and store success. Consistently supervises, manages, and inspects all hourly employees to ensure readiness and ability to perform to company standards. Ensures guest satisfaction through proper internal controls. Prioritizes employee, customer, and operational needs to ensure problems are handled quickly, effectively, and efficiently. Promotes positive open communication in a team environment. Inspects and administers employee uniform and personal hygiene standards. Instructs employees on food service delivery, presentation, and customer service. Assist restaurant employees in the area of food delivery and preparation. Other duties as assigned. Job Skills & Requirements Minimum FOUR years food service or restaurant experience Minimum TWO years of Supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant setting. Must have reliable transportation. Must be available to work up to 50 hours per week, may include weekends and some holidays Must possess great people skills, demonstrated leadership and team building along with a pleasant disposition. Must possess novice computer skills including Internet, Excel, Word and Google Suite. Must demonstrates ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English (Conversational kitchen Spanish a help). Must be able to pass test to become Serve Safe certified.
