We're seeking a driven, hands-on leader who’s passionate about customer service, team development, and food quality. You’ll receive extensive on-site training, where you’ll learn from experienced Subway-Dairy Queen managers. Requirements What You'll Do: Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality food and exceptional service Lead, train, and inspire team members to meet performance and safety standards Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining environment Collaborate to drive results and continuous improvement Manage labor Maintain a healthy profit & loss for your department Training Provided: On-site training Ongoing support, feedback, and mentorship to help you grow into a confident and effective leader What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of leadership experience preferred in fast food service Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills Willingness to learn, travel for training, and work flexible hours Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Our Company is family-owned and operated since 1964!
