THIS IS NOT A CULINARY POSITION!

During LSU home football games, our Game Day Catering Staff helps everything keep running smoothly! These staff members include food runners, bussers, buffet servers, and station workers. Stations could include hot dog, nacho, ice cream, or popcorn stations.
For buffet workers, you must be 18 years old or older.
For all other positions, our minimum age requirement is 16 years old. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must complete a Minor Employment Certification Form that Drakes Catering will assist you with completing after hiring.
Our positions on game day are great for first time employment or the seasoned worker!
This is a seasonal and part-time job. Employment is ONLY for the 7 LSU Home Saturday Game Days.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Exceptional customer service skills
· Must be at least 16 years old
· Availability to work LSU Home Football games (mainly on Saturday)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Have reliable transportation
· Ability to lift 20+ pounds
· Be able to walk or stand for extended period of time
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Maintain and adhere to policies on professional appearance

· Preparing assigned area (suites, buffets, or station) with food/beverage service supplies
· Arrange food/drink displays
· Manage stock of food/beverage throughout the game
· Serve food on buffet lines (buffet servers)
· Scoop ice cream and maintain toppings stock (station worker)
· Maintain popcorn and supplies (station worker)
· Refill ice machines or ice drawers (runners/bussers)
· Assist in delivering food to suites or buffet lines (food runners)
· Collect used dinnerware or trash (bussers)
· Maintain cleanliness of food and dining areas throughout the game
· Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
· Assist in breaking down and returning all excess food and supplies to our kitchen after games
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Clean and organize supplies as needed
