JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing a team, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant management, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
  • Prior supervisory experience is essential, demonstrating effective team management skills.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices, safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
  • Experience in interviewing, training, and evaluating employees in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in hospitality or hotel services is advantageous, along with barista experience if applicable.
