We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor Lmia position to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong background in hospitality. This role is crucial in ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality while leading a team of kitchen staff. The Food Service Supervisor will play a key role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Experience in supervising kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus.

  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure safety compliance.
  • Assist with interviewing potential staff members as needed.
