We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor Lmia position to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong background in hospitality. This role is crucial in ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality while leading a team of kitchen staff. The Food Service Supervisor will play a key role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution within the team.
