Job Summary: The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Pizza Pizza location, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, and a clean and safe environment. This role supports team members, handles shift scheduling, manages inventory, and assists with training while upholding company standards. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable weekday schedule — shifts are in the morning with weekends off. — Key Responsibilities: Supervise front-line staff during shifts, providing direction and support. Ensure food preparation and service meet Pizza Pizza’s quality standards. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly. Monitor inventory and place orders as needed to avoid shortages. Open or close the store as assigned, including cash handling and daily reporting. Train and mentor new team members. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety according to health regulations. Report any operational or maintenance issues to the Store Manager. — Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in food service preferably in pizza concept or a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations (training provided if needed). Availability for weekday morning shifts (Monday to Friday).
