OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within the food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, as well as the ability to manage a team effectively while providing exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in the food service industry, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
  • Experience in cash handling and financial record keeping.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred.

    Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
