DESCRIPTION:

The selected applicant will work under the direction of the director to plan, coordinate, direct and control all activities related to the food production system, patient and retail programs. Will assume authority and responsibility during the Food Service Director’s absence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year food service supervisory experience
• ServSafe certification preferred.
