St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center - North provides specialized care for clients diagnosed with mental illness. We are looking for a positive and energetic Food Service Supervisor who has an interest in helping those with mental illness maximize their potential.

• Directly supervises the Food Service Workers
• Create weekly work assignments for employees and monitors progress in completing these tasks
• Assist the Food Service Workers as needed
• Monitors preparation of hot food items, overseeing tray service on carryout and in the cafeteria
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed related to quality assurance measures
• Possess a thorough understanding of specialized diets and food safety standards
• Ensures the Dietary Department maintains sanitization principles and completes routing walk-throughs to ensure preparedness of upcoming surveys
