Subways in Kelowna are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations in the food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in food service or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and management.
  • Experience in restaurant or bartending environments is a plus.
