Job Description Operating all equipment Stocking ingredients Preparing products Receiving and processing telephone orders Interacting and assisting customers in the store Cleaning equipment and facility daily Qualifications Must be 16 years of age or older Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary changes Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen Skilled at multi-tasking and performing well in fast paced environments Additional Information Physical demands may include standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, squatting, reaching, various hand tasks, and proper use of machines, tools, or equipment.
