Description JOB SUMMARY The Hospitality Attendant will deliver and serve room service orders to patients in a professional, efficient and timely manner. The Hospitality Attendant is accountable for the required patient identification, patient confidentiality, accuracy, infection control practices that ensure food safety, and customer service. Requirements Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title and the unit/area(s) of assignment. Excellent communication skills to include oral and written comprehension/expression. Ability to manage a challenging work environment related to changing customer needs.
