Our client in Deux-Montagnes, QC is actively looking for a Food Service Worker to join their team.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Service Worker (Barista) to join a fast-paced hospitality team at a central Toronto location. This role involves providing high-quality service and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in food and beverage preparation, ensuring customer satisfaction in a busy service setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Food Service Certificate (if required by local regulations)
• Ability to read, write, and follow both verbal and written instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar food service role is an asset

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash or card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining, and service areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with restocking, inventory management, and general kitchen duties as required
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers at all times
