Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Food Service Worker (Sanitation) position is to clean and sanitize all equipment, floors and walls in accordance with all Department of Health Regulations. Adheres to hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Gathers and safely disposes of trash. Records dish machine temperatures. Cleans all kitchen equipment, inclusive of walls, tables, floors, and pots. Utilizes safety signs when cleaning spills and/or mopping floors. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications What You’ll Bring A High School Diploma or GED certificate preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English required.
