We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet services is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are crucial for success in this role.

• May work anywhere on property where food is prepared. Will assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables. Duties will include cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work stations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all food service areas are clean and organized.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout the food preparation and serving processes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when required, providing receipts to customers as needed.
• Support dietary aides in serving specialized meals for guests with dietary restrictions.
