We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Patient Food Services Assistant (FSA) to join our team, helping to ensure safe and efficient food service delivery within a hospital environment.
As an FSA, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care by assisting in the preparation, assembly, and delivery of meals to meet dietary and safety standards.
We have multiple full-time opportunities, working across a 7-day roster, 0500 - 2200. You must be available to work 38 hours per week and have full time working rights to be considered for this role

• Prepare, assemble, and plate hot and cold meals according to dietary requirements and menu plans
• Ensure food safety compliance by following HACCP procedures, cleaning protocols, and correct food handling practices
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, work areas, and utensils to a high standard
• Receive, store, and rotate stock following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles and report low stock levels
• Accurately complete all food safety documentation and actively participate in infection control and quality improvement initiatives
