The Opportunity Beleura Private Hospital has an exciting permanent position available within the Catering Team. As a valued member of our Catering Team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional food service by preparing patient meal trays, taking meal orders, and assisting with food preparation tasks. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for: * Preparing and serving meals and beverages in line with dietary requirements and hospital standards. * Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment at all times. * Assisting the broader catering team with daily operations and special requirements. * Monitoring and managing stock levels to ensure efficient service delivery.    Your Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you will be a reliable team player who thrives in a busy environment. You will also demonstrate: * Previous experience in a prep kitchen or hospital environment (highly desirable) * Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles * Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus * Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace and Health and Safety * Certificate II or Certificate III in Hospitality (desirable)  * Willingness to accept and promote Ramsay’s core values * Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster   What’s in it for you?
