We are looking for a Food & Beverage Attendant who thrive in a rapid-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be part of a professional and energetic team providing outstanding service across multiple areas of the venue, including:

- Cafe counter service offering in person and QR code ordering

- High-volume grab-and-go café and beverage service.

- Function and group dining service.

- Clearing, resetting and maintaining dining areas.

- Operating POS systems and handling customer transactions.

- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages.

- Assisting with opening and closing procedures.

- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and food safety standards.

- Working collaboratively with both Front of House and Kitchen teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous Food & Beverage experience in a busy café, restaurant or hospitality venue.

- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

- Experience working in high-volume service environments.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- The ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist wherever required.

- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, public holidays and peak tourism periods.

- Current RSA (or willingness to obtain before commencing).

Desirable

- Multi-outlet or kiosk/counter-service experience.

- Multilingual skills are an advantage, as we welcome visitors from around the world.

- Coffee making is highly regarded.

- Hold Food Safety or Food Handler Certificates.
