To thrive in this role, you will have: Knowledge of food safety standards Experience in food preparation in a busy kitchen, prior experience in aged care desired but not essential Ability to work unsupervised and part of a team Experience in a cafe or previous barista experience would also be an advantage. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance OR current police check and willing to obtain NDIS clearance.
