Gibbons Elementary School has an opening for a Full Time Cafeteria Manager. Qualifications: A minimum of five years experience as a cook, manager or assistant manager.Must be able to function well in a demanding multi faceted role.Must be Serve Safe and Allergy Certified. CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.Must have computer skills, inventory skills and record keeping skills.Must have an understanding of DESE and HACCP reports and know how to properly fill them out.Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with the Food Service Director, kitchen staff,Principal and building staff.Must have good phone skills. Reports to: The Director of Food ServicesSupervises: All kitchen staffJob Goals: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the school meals operation.
