As Food Services Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping these experiences. In a hotel where no two days are the same, you will lead with passion, precision and genuine care for both guests and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include: Championing outstanding hospitality and delivering exceptional product knowledge and service standards training to our Restaurant and Bar hosts Supporting the continued success and financial performance of the Food and Beverage operation Coaching, mentoring and inspiring your team to achieve consistently exceptional standards of service Maintaining the highest levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety, and cellar management Ensuring the smooth and graceful flow of service through strong collaboration with the Kitchen, Restaurant & Bar teams, and the Meetings & Events team Creating a positive, motivating team culture where people feel supported, valued and proud of what they do Demonstrating a genuine passion for hospitality, crafting memorable moments for guests and meaningful experiences for colleagues As a family-owned, independent Cornish business, we recognise that it is our people who make our hotels truly special.
