Location: Dallas
Shift: M-F 6a-230p permanent shift. Flex earliest start at 530 am and latest shift at 10 pm. Possible Saturday/Sundays depending on work orders.

Summary:
This position is responsible for meeting and conference room preparations for the facility. It has responsibility for ensuring the correct number of chairs, tables, and linens are properly set up for each meeting and/or conference.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up meeting/conference rooms according to specified instructions.
  • Manage inventory of chairs, tables, and linen for meeting/ conference rooms.
  • Requests work orders to repair broken tables and/or chairs.
  • Provide catering/banquet/all inclusive food services support as needed. Ex/ catering, food preparation, serving food, cashiering and sanitation.
  • Clean meeting/ conference room prior to and after each event.
  • Use approved customer service skills when interacting with patients, families, and external guests.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1 year banquet room set up experience Preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in healthcare setting Preferred

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent Required
  • Two-year Associate’s degree or equivalent experience Preferred
