Complete rosters and liaise with the Food Services Manager regarding the replacement of staff absences Introduce new employees to the work environment and provide training Ensure all staff, equipment and food items are ready for each meal service. We are fully functional kitchen operating 365 days of the year, producing approximately 2500 meals daily in accordance to the “cook-chill” methodology for all sites. The department consists of over 85 employees, ranging from cooks/chefs, kitchen hands and food service assistants.
