BASED IN BOURNEVILLE, BIRMINGHAM - ONSITE

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
The role is for a skilled technician to operate Pilot Plant equipment to make samples based on detailed instructions.
You will be preparing sample confectionary items for testing.
You will be completing some administrative tasks such as using relevant systems for generating, collecting and collating the key project data (processing data, analytical data, consumer science data).
