We’re seeking a hands-on Food Technologist who is eager to create high-quality, consumer-friendly food solutions—especially in the frozen meals segment .

✅ REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifications : Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience : 2–4 years in food R&D or product development, especially in frozen/reheat-ready products.
  • Strong understanding of ingredient functionality in frozen applications.
  • Familiar with thermal processing , water activity, and packaging considerations for frozen food.
  • Familarity with HACCP, ISO22000 SOPs
  • Good grasp of sensory science and shelf-life testing.
  • Hands-on in lab work, data documentation, and troubleshooting formulation issues.Collaborative team player, clear communicator, and detail-oriented with a passion for food innovation.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve formulations for frozen ready-to-heat products ,
  • Modify and adapt recipes to enhance freezer-stability and visual appeal post-reheating.
  • Plan and execute shelf-life studies , including microbial, physical, and organoleptic assessments.
  • Lead sensory testing sessions for product evaluation and consumer feedback.
  • Track and document changes in taste, texture, and appearance over time.
  • Support daily operations of the application and sensory laboratories .
  • Manage sample preparation, testing protocols, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally with chefs, sales, production, and QA teams to scale new products from lab to launch.
  • Assist in trial runs and corroborate to maximise efficiencies and including packaging methods
