JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for an enthusiastic, technically competent Food Technologist to join our growing team within the soft drinks production industry.
General duties:
· Ensure Antrim Hills remains compliant with all food safety standards and employee training.
· Ensure all products manufactured meet the required standard as outlined in the product specification and supporting documentation, protecting the reputation of the brand.
· Innovate to create new products and update existing products, to keep with current food and drink trends. ·
· Effectively collaborate with all members of the team to create a positive working environment for all team members, clients and customers.
· Perform any duties that are necessary to ensure the overall success and growth of Antrim Hills, including general office administration and supporting production on occasion.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Competent in generating procedural instructions and guidelines.
· Knowledgeable about BRC Food Safety Standards, or capable of and willing to learn.
· Knowledgeable about-spoilage in soft drinks and prevention measures.
· Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential. To be successful you should have either 3 years’ experience in a similar role or 2:1 classification at undergraduate degree level in a related field. Additional related experience and qualifications are desirable.
