Takasago Group maintains offices, production sites, and R&D centers in twenty-seven countries and regions. Responsibilities: As a Food Technologist, you will perform specialized and compounding of flavor samples, especially for Savory samples, for submission to customers. You will be based in BSD, and you’ll directly report to Application Manager, in this role you will be responsible for: Ensure compounded samples meet the requirements Prototyping and developing new ideas/concepts and modifying existing ones to meet project objectives. Perform daily tasks such as material preparation, weighing, mixing, cooking and organizing tastings either independently or collaboratively with the team. Work closely with cross-functional teams including flavorists, Marketing and Sales team to establish product specifications. Record all methods, tasks and findings of assigned projects in required format Generate, evaluate and recommend new methods, ingredients, projects and equipment. Suggest solutions for existing and potential issues Design, prepare and implement shelf-life testing for specific projects Qualifications: Graduated from Food Technology, chemistry or other related major Good sensory skills Basic laboratory procedures and methodology Knowledge of flavour-related products Good communication and presentation skills Good Interpersonal skills At least 3 years of relevant experience in Savory application
