If you’re passionate about product development, love creating great-tasting, functional products, and have a solid understanding of UK food supplement regulations, this could be the role for you.
Confectionery/Gummy experience? Fantastic — but not essential. We’ll provide training if you’re eager to learn.

• Creating and testing innovative supplement products — from gummies to powders and more.
• Ensuring every product meets UK legal and regulatory requirements.
• Playing a key role in setting up a brand-new laboratory, from equipment selection to SOP creation.
• Managing ingredient sourcing, formulation trials, and production scale-ups.
• Working with marketing to ensure claims are scientifically sound and fully compliant.
