Our renowned client in Cuxhaven is seeking a Food Technology Specialist (m/f/d) for a long-term position with the option of permanent employment, working in a 2-shift system (early and late shifts).

What's it all about?

Your future responsibilities

• Incoming goods inspection and preparation and provision of external samples and associated documentation
• Raw material control
• Measurements and recordings of the specified target values
• Foreign body detection including evaluation
• Creation and modification of forms; coding verification and process documentation
• Observation, measurements and documentation of the specified target values
• Preparation for the daily tasting
• Water analysis
• Blocking of non-compliant goods/ingredients
• Application of knowledge about the HACCP concept and the critical control point (CCP) in the process

What qualifications do I need?

• Completed vocational training as a food technology specialist (m/f/d), chemical laboratory assistant (m/f/d) or comparable training
