THIS IS WHAT YOU DO

• I inspect our products and filling lines for PET, cans and aseptic packaging according to fixed quality plans.
• Independently conduct chemical-technical and microbiological analyses and analytically investigate the causes of quality deviations.
• Take microbiological samples and initiate corrective measures in case of process disruptions.
• Monitor and document compliance with all hygiene and IFS standards throughout the entire production area.
• Block products or temporarily shut down facilities if quality standards deviate.
• Actively participate in shaping the HACCP concept and continuous improvement processes, and work with the tools LIMS, Davis and SAP QM.
• Analyze wastewater samples and provide active support in the field of environmental analysis.

YOU DELIVER THIS

• a successfully completed apprenticeship as a food technology specialist, laboratory technology training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, combined with process knowledge in conventional and aseptic filling.
• Extensive IT knowledge in dealing with SAP QM and Google Workspace
• Fluent German skills at C2 level and ideally basic knowledge of English.
• a high degree of conscientiousness, reliability, initiative and a pronounced organizational talent
• Assertiveness, good communication skills and a strong service orientation
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system
