Description
  • Functionally manage and coach the QC team according to the quality vision and planning
  • Guiding root cause analyses of shortcomings and developing targeted improvement actions
  • Managing, verifying, and validating HACCP studies (incl. food defense and food fraud)
  • Analyzing and following up on improvement actions from various perspectives
  • Conducting hygiene rounds and checking production parameters, environment, and agreements
  • Reporting and analyzing quality parameters and drawing up action plans
  • Managing and monitoring external cleaning activities
  • Developing and organizing quality training courses in collaboration with the Quality Manager
  • Manage internal communication regarding quality and food safety
  • Drafting internal audit planning and support for external audits


  • Industrial engineer in food, biochemistry, or equivalent through experience
  • At least 3 years of experience within a quality department in the food sector
  • Thorough knowledge of HACCP, food legislation, and IFS certification
  • You get energy from coaching a team.
  • Initiative, pragmatic, and critical mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Decisive and solution-oriented
