WE’RE HIRING – JOIN THE SMOKY SUE’S BARBECUE CREW

We’re the BBQ truck with the shiny Airstream and the smokin’ workhorse that roll into breweries, footy grounds, and festivals across Sydney. We sling brisket, burgers, and loaded fries with a side of chaos and a lot of laughs.
Now we’re chasing new crew legends to jump on board.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Weekend availability (Fri–Sun is go-time).
• Cool head under pressure.
• Reliable, fun, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Hospo or kitchen experience helps, but attitude is king.

ROLE 1: FRONT OF HOUSE / ALL-ROUNDER

• Serving customers, taking orders, packing feeds.
• Keeping the vibes high when the line’s out the door.
• Bit of cleaning, bit of plating, bit of everything.

ROLE 2: GRILL & FRY COOK

• Running the burger line and fryer like a boss.
• Following our recipes (no fancy dishes we keep it simple, and take pride in what we do).
• Pumping out consistent feeds when it’s flat-out.
