Duties include but are not limited to:
Register
Stocking food truck after events for next day
Washing dishes
Preparing food items for events/farmers markets
Cooking hot food items
preparing mozzarella curd for mozzarella making
Skills:
Basic knife skills
Basic knowledge of cooking
Knowledge of food safety procedures
Requirements:
18+
Able to lift 50lbs without assistance
Able to handle 80+ degrees for multiple hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
