JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Truck Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food truck. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a strong background in managing a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent leadership skills, culinary experience, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Food Truck Manager will ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met while delivering high-quality food and service to our customers.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurant settings.
  • Managerial experience preferred. (extra ‘points’ for food truck experience!)
  • Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Demonstrated sales skills with an emphasis on upselling products.
  • Background in cashiering, customer service, or retail math is advantageous.
