Wunderwings is an exciting new food truck brand bringing bold flavours, fun energy, and memorable dining experiences to the streets of Dubai. We are looking for two enthusiastic Food Truck Servers who love engaging with people, creating a lively atmosphere, and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Position Overview

• Job Title: Food Truck Server
• Number of Positions: 2
• Location: Dubai (mobile food truck across the city)
• Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (up to 7month; renewable as per UAE Labour Law) with the possibility of extension.
• Reporting to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Take orders accurately and operate the POS/cash handling system
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Foster a fun, lively, and positive environment that attracts and retains customers
• Promote daily specials or offers to boost sales
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the food truck (front and back of house)
• Support the cook/chef team during busy periods (team spirit essential!)
• Ensure all service follows Dubai Municipality hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – essential
• Prior experience working in a food truck or quick-service environment
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to handle busy service times with energy and positivity
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events (within UAE legal working hours – 8 hours/day, 48 hours/week; reduced during Ramadan)
• Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling standards
