Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking on the food truck
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of the food truck
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
• Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

  Skills

• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions

• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
• Experience in the food industry or similar role is a plus
• Ability to sanitate work areas to meet health standards
• Prior experience with cash handling is beneficial
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and food service procedures
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with a diverse clientele
