Overview This role will report to Foods Insights Head and support Growth Navigator for both Snacks and Nutrition, incl data reporting, issue analysis and communication with key stakeholders cross functions Responsibilities •Lead Growth Navigator tracking and reporting on quarterly basis, including scorecard alignment (key metrics, data source and criteria for color coding), data integration, reporting with topic-led analysis, and share back with China leadership team with action plans developed by key function teams. •The role will require extensive coordination and collaboration with internal function teams and key stakeholders (incl Strategy, Marketing, R&D, Experience, Commercial, Finance, Global Insights team, etc.) and external agency (providing 3rd party tracking data on market dynamics, business and brand performance) to deliver integrated report with full diagnosis and clear insights on how to react. •Lead Growth Navigator tracking and reporting on quarterly basis, including scorecard alignment, data integration, reporting with topic-led analysis, and share back with China leadership team with action plans developed by key function teams. •Data integration: work with cross function team on data collection and leverage the automated reporting from global team •Reporting: quarterly delivery on full KPIs and identify topics for deep dive in view of business performance and priorities; collaboration with related function team (owner of KPI) to deliver clear insights and action plan •Share back with leadership team: kick off & facilitate quarterly meeting, track follow-up actions’ status •On top of Growth Navigator leadership (primary focus, this role will support Nutrition Insights lead on key innovation projects, deliver the body of evidence (from consumer test and market analysis) to guide the decisions throughout innovation process and enable the future growth of business (no more than 30% of the total working time) •Innovation test: ideation, concept development / screening and validation pre launch Qualifications •With at least 5-6 years working experience in FMCG / consumer related industry with both agency side and in-house side, incl. market research agency, consulting firm •Solid knowledge and practice on business intelligence (incl market landscape / dynamics, share performance and competitor review), consumer insights (innovation / communication tests) and shopper insights (decision tree, channel analysis) •Good experience on project leader or PMO related role (at least 2-3 years) to work with cross function teams locally / globally, drive things forward with solid plan and timeline management •Forward looking and can see the big picture and good at setting the agenda and right priorities of work •Strong oral and communication skills required; good presentation skills; be able to push things moving forward with strong ownership • •Strong collaborator and relationship builder, with ability to influence across the organization as well as external partners •Good at setting the agenda and push things forward with cross function team support •Prioritize analyses through hypothesis-building and identifies key issues •Go beyond the obvious to identify analytical driven insights and deliver clear action plans for the business •Believe on Consumer Insights value and the power of enable future growth •Positive personality to deal with tough conversation
