  *OPPORTUNITY FOR END OF SEASON BONUS*   Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team in the amusement industry. As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee and coordinate aspects of our outdoor food and beverage stands, ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Your excellent leadership skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in the success of our park. Responsibilities * Manage and supervise food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory control, and staff scheduling * Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to continually improve service quality * Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary working environment * Collaborate with Foods Department Director on other tasks and projects as needed Requirements * Management experience required * Amusement industry experience a plus, but not required * Excellent leadership and team-building skills * Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment * High level of professionalism and customer service orientation * Ability to work outdoors * Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day EOE 2026
