ABOUT BRAZILIAN SOCCER SCHOOLS (BSS)

Brazilian Soccer Schools (BSS) is one of the world’s most established football development programmes, founded in the UK by Simon Clifford in 1996. Our syllabus is inspired by Futebol de Salão, the small-sided Brazilian game that produced legends such as Pelé, Zico, and Ronaldinho.
BSS has helped develop players like Gareth Bale and Theo Walcott and is now operating in over 20 countries worldwide. We are now launching BSS Dubai, giving young players across the UAE the opportunity to benefit from our world-class training system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for youth development and technical coaching
• Valid First Aid and Safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain)
• Fluent in English

ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking passionate and qualified Football Coaches to deliver the BSS training programme in Dubai. Coaches will work with children aged 5–16, helping them develop exceptional technical ability, confidence, and creativity on the ball.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and deliver engaging football sessions using the BSS syllabus.
• Coach children of mixed ages and abilities in a safe, inclusive environment.
• Develop technical skills including ball mastery, dribbling, passing, and shooting.
• Provide positive feedback and encouragement to players and parents.
• Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and first aid requirements are met.
• Support the organisation of events, tournaments, and player development pathways.
