OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our academy groups. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the game, along with the ability to inspire and motivate players of varying skill levels. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive team environment, enhancing player skills, and promoting sportsmanship.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football, with a strong understanding of coaching methodologies.
  • Excellent teaching skills that enable effective communication of concepts in an engaging manner.
  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire players both on and off the pitch.
  • Ability to analyse player performance critically and adapt training methods accordingly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with players, parents, and fellow coaches.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development in coaching techniques and sports education. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about football coaching and wish to make a significant impact on young peoples lives through sport.
  • School teaching experience (desirable) but not necessary as full training will be provided.
