On The Ball Academy is Scotland’s #1 grassroots football academy, shaping the future of young players and developing a love for the game. We are expanding our elite coaching team and looking for passionate, energetic coaches to lead our Academy squads and inspire the next generation of talent.

• Deliver fun, dynamic training sessions for players aged 18 months to 12 years
• Lead Academy squads, delivering two training sessions per week and weekend matches
• Plan and prepare sessions that align with our Academy philosophy and development goals
• Maintain player records, track progress, and support individual growth
• Engage with parents and players to create a positive, supportive environment
• Assist with 1-to-1 coaching sessions and age-specific group programs
• Promote safe play standards and uphold Child Protection policies
