ProSportsUAE Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Football Coach to join our team and inspire young athletes in the UAE.
As a Football Coach, you will be responsible for developing and executing training programs that enhance the skills, fitness, and sportsmanship of players across various age groups. Your role is pivotal in fostering a positive, competitive, and educational environment where young talents can thrive.
Key Responsibilities: -
Training & Development: Design and implement age-appropriate training sessions that focus on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical fitness, and teamwork. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to players, helping them improve not only as footballers but also in their personal development. -
Game Strategy: Prepare teams for matches by developing game strategies, analyzing opponents, and ensuring players understand their roles and responsibilities. - Assessment & Evaluation:
* Continuously assess player performance during training and matches, providing constructive feedback and individualized improvement plans. -
*Safety & Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and matches, adhering to all academy and UAE sports regulations. - Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with players, parents, and academy management to align on player development goals and progress. - Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies, football trends, and best practices to ensure high-quality training standards. Qualifications: - Proven experience in coaching football, ideally with youth or academy teams. -
Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., UEFA, AFC). - Strong understanding of football tactics, techniques, and player development. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. -
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont
