Prosports Services LLC is looking to welcome a full-time qualified football coach to our expanding team in Sharjah. If you’re passionate about youth football development and looking for a long-term, professional coaching career — this is your opportunity.
Position: Full-Time Football Coach
Location: Sharjah
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: 6 days/week (including matchdays)
Contract: 2-Year Full-Time Contract (September 2025 – August 2027, Renewable)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid UAE residence/working visa.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Sharjah.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience coaching in clubs, academies, or schools.
• UEFA License or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
• Passion for youth development and team collaboration.
• Committed, professional, and performance-driven.

• Deliver engaging and structured football sessions for kids aged 4 to 17 years.
• Plan and execute lessons based on player levels and long-term development goals.
• Attend technical meetings, performance reviews, and coach development sessions.
• Support weekend matches, tournaments, and Prosports events.
• Maintain excellent communication and relationships with parents, players, and fellow staff.
• Track and report on player progress across each term.
