ABOUT US

Select 11 is an elite football development programme with UEFA-qualified coaches, strong links to Peterborough United, and a proven track record — 9 players signed by professional clubs in the last 12 months. We run two high-quality player pathways for talented players aged 7–16.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Enhanced DBS
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• UEFA B Licence (or working towards)
• Experience coaching in an academy or development centre environment
• Passion for developing youth players and helping them achieve their potential

THE ROLE

We are looking for motivated UEFA-qualified coaches to join our growing network and take responsibility for their own area. You will deliver high-level training, develop players, and create pathways into professional football. This role can be hourly paid or run as a profit-share model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver elite coaching sessions to grassroots and academy-level players aged 7–16
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging training programmes
• Liaise with parents, scouts, and professional clubs
• Identify and nurture talent for progression into higher levels
