SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Football Coach to join our team in Bath. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing young football players’ skills and fostering a love for the game, contributing to our mission of promoting sports among youth.

• Design and implement effective football training sessions tailored to various skill levels.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their performance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Organize and lead practice sessions, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
• Monitor player progress and adapt training strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other coaches to develop comprehensive training programs.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding player development and progress.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect among players.
• Qualifications
• Preferably a proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football.
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage young athletes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of football techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Ability to motivate and inspire children and teenagers.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
• Passion for youth development through sports.
